技術の評価基準

やはり下手というステートだけでその人の人間性を否定するのはよろしくない。先日息子が母親を殺害した事件があったが、それと同じだ。あれは医者の父親が息子に試験の成績で評価した事がいけない。受験、成績は運、体調にも左右される。必ずしも絶対要素ではない。
最も良いのは、勉強した、努力した、技術を理解しようと努めたという本人の行動に対して評価すべきではないか？それなら確実に本人の意志次第で達成出来る。行動を取った上で、内容をヒアリングし、より良い方向に軌道修正させるべきではないか。軌道修正させる際も本人を否定してはいけない。本人は知らなかっただけで何も否定される筋合は無い。本人の努力を評価した上で情報を与えて上げるのが大事だ。
We shouldn't define other's personality by their result. The other day,the son murdered his mother. The reason of the murder was his father's policy of education. The father evaluated his son only by the result. But accutualy, the result depends of the condition and luck. So I think that we shouln't take account for the result but process. A process is important. We can proceed a process by our own ambition. So we can only ask them to proceed. And after that all we have to do is to hear from them the process and have a comment about it.
