ふぐ刺

生まれて初めて食べた。切り身が透き通る程うすっぺらい理由はけちっているわけではなく肉が堅いからだということが食べてみて分かった。コリコリしてなかなか歯ごたえがある。
I ate blowfish for the first time. I have thought the reason the catlet of blowfish is very thin was it was too expensive to cut as normal thickness. But the reason was different,it was because the catlet was rather rigid to chew.
