組織内での問題行動
Slashdot Japan(/.J)に以下の記事があった。概要を言うと、オープンソースコミュニティ「もじら組」のスタッフであったY氏が問題行動を起こして反省の色も無かった為、コミュニティから除名されたというものである。/.Jではもじら組の対応の悪さについて批判が出ているようである。
私は除名の判断をしたもじら組の方々に深く共感する。私も似たような経験があるが、勝手な行動を起こす人間が一人いるだけで、組織内のモチベーションが物凄く低下してしまうのである。加えてY氏は公共の場で寝る他にも、組織からの質問を無視したり組織メンバを殴ったりしていたようだ。組織の方々はかなり気苦労されていた事だろう。
In Slashdot Japan, there was an article about removing one of the member's name from a list because of the rude attitude of the member. And there are many comments about accusing the organization of having an insufficient response.
However there are opposing opinions to the organization, I agree with the decision of them. From the above link, the removed member seemed to ignore other member's requests and punch an another member without reasons in addition to his rude attitude. I have a sympathy with the other members of the organizaion who dicided to remove his name.
