英語のサークル

某サークルではメンバが発表者に投票してベストスピーカーを決める。今回のベストスピーカーは英語の発音についてスピーチした女性の方だった。彼女の発音は凄く奇麗だった。スピーチの内容は留学先で英語の発音にコンプレックスを感じ、なんか変な声がするけどどうしたの？と同居人に注意されつつもひたすら練習して発音を改善出来たという内容で凄く面白かった。後非常に落ち着いた感じで見習うところが多かった。会が終わった後、凄いです！とコメントしにいったらそんなことないですよと言われ逆に２倍で褒め返されてしまった。あらら。
しかしこの会は留学経験や海外駐在経験のある方々が多いのでかなり刺激になるな。頑張ろう。

In yesterday's speech, all members vote oned of the spakers and the best speaker was selected. The best speaker was a woman who spokes her experience about leaning the pronounciation in English. Her pronounciation was really beautiful and her speach was very interesting. I have a lot to learn from her. After the meeting, I went to her to praise her speech. But she was modest and she said,"You are better than me." and praised my speech. But I think that her speech was far better than me and I liked her speech very much. I want to speak better at the next speech.
