想像の斜め上の回答

AFNを聞いていたら自称Ninjaの専門家という方が登場した。その中に質問コーナーというのがあり、そこでアナウンサーが、「どうしてNinjaが着る服は黒いんですか？」という質問をされていた。
そんな質問を受けたら普通どう答えるだろうか？恐らく十中八九、「それは夜に人に見つからないようにするため、物陰に隠れるため」と答えるだろう。私はそんな答えを期待していたが、彼の答えは違った。
「Ninjaが着る服は何故黒いのか…、それはNinjaは宇宙そのものだからなんだ。黒はまさしく宇宙の色だろう？そして黒は全ての色でもあるし、また全ての色でもないともいえる。黒というのはそういう特別な色でそしてNinjaもまさにそんな特別な存在なんだ」と話していた。
想像の斜め上の回答でフイた。私もそんな洒落たことを話してみたい。
あとこれ即興スピーチのネタや質問に使えるな。「夕焼けはどうして赤いのか？」とか。

I heard the interview about Ninja on AFN. In the interview, there was a question to a specialist of Ninja,"Why Ninjas wear black cloths?" I expected that answer like "To hide from their enermy" and so on. But his answer was different. "Black is the color of the Universe and Ninja is also a universe. Black can be said all colors and also can be said no colors. So black is a special and Ninja is also a special." I was impressed with the cool answer. I want to say the answer like him.
