将来の方向性

色々あって来年度はやはり留学することになりそう。その代わり数年以内に退職するとペナルティが課される。将来海外移住する可能性も検討していたが、そうなるとしばらくは無理だろう。ポジティブに考えて長い目でキャリアプランを考え直してみよう。少なくとも必要とされることは良いことなのだから。

I'll go for overseas education next year. Which means that I'll get penalty if I quit the current job in several years. But it is good that I was required by the company. I'll re-consider my career plan.
