チャンスはいつまでもある

日本は社会全体が年功序列で何歳までに○○をやらなければいけないという圧力があり、それから外れると一生アウトという社会であったと思う。しかしそれもそろそろ終わりつつある。今後は自分がやりたいことに何歳になってもチャレンジ出来る世の中になっていくだろう。うちらが年を取ったころは、老人でも大学に入って研究したり就職したり資格を取ったり起業したりプロジェクトを立ち上げたりというのが今よりどんどん一般的になってくるのではないだろうか？

In Japan, people have been under the strong pressure that we need to do something until the particular age. Otherwise, we will be out of the community. However, we will be free from the pressure in the future. The Japanese culture is changing. Even when we get older, we'll be able to do whatever we want.
