朝から新組織の挨拶会議続きと夜は前の部署の解散会。昨年の新人君が、新しい組織に不安を感じ異動したいとつぶやいていたが、焦らずもう少し様子を見てからの方が良いなどとアドバイスした。
There was a farewell party of my section. A new member who joined last year said he has a concern in his new section. I commented to stay for a while and consider about the better career for him.
