• ルルべの内足、かかとで上がるのではない。土踏まずのアーチを立てて上げるような感覚。内股意識。アラセゴンドの足も同様
• バットマンの時に脇が落ちている。脇も一緒にすっと上げるような感覚でいると足ももっと上がる
• ピルエットは上に上がったまま回ってる間乗り続けている感覚。止まるときに下りる
• ピルエットのプリエで手の開きが抜けている
• ジュテ・アントルラセは上がる時にバットマンの形が見えていなければならない。今はバットマンで上げつつ回ってる。それは駄目
• グランジュテも飛ぶ前にバットマンを見せないと駄目

今日は祝日なのでいつもとは別の場所。前行った恐いという先生の所にまた向かった。奴は来ていなかった。良かった。プリエ中の上体引き上げは実は本当いつも言われていたのだなと感じる。フォンデュやシャンジュマンの時もそうだ。多分これ以外にも私が気づいていないだけの未知の感覚というのはまだまだあるのだろう。バレエは奥が深いな。
今日のグランワルツのピアノは「贈る言葉」のアレンジだった。そういえば卒業式のシーズンだ。

Today was the special holiday so the usual class was closed and ZI went to the another class. He wasn't there. It was good.
I noticed that the issue about plie was always said by verious teachers but I haven't noticed it until recently. I think there are still a lot of simular issues and there are still a lot of things to learn.
And today's music in Grand Walz was "A word to send" by Tetsuya Takeda it is my favorite song. And this music reminds that this month is the season of graduation.
