言葉や態度、身振りや文書などによって、働く人間の人格や尊厳を傷つけたり、肉体的、精神的に傷を負わせて、その人間が職場を辞めざるを得ない状況に追い込んだり、職場の雰囲気を悪くさせることである。

小冊子の申込をして読んでみた。無闇に職を変えたとしてもそれは根本的な解決にならないそうだ。またこちらの気持ち方を変えるだけでも環境はそれなりに改善されるようだ。

I ordered the document about moral harassment. The document says that if I changed the office,my problem is not solved. And I need to have an exercise to change my mind not to care about such a violent saying.
