実力主義への不信
以下エントリを読んだが、学生の時点で結果を出してない人間以外はイランよということを思わせるような過激な論調であまり同意出来ない。たとえ出来なくてもやる気があって性格が良ければいいと思うけどな。
成果主義になるとどうも人間関係がギスギスしてしまうのだよな。そんな冷たい職場より温かい人が多い職場がいい。そう考えると私は海外ベンチャーには向かない体質なのかもしれない。
あと、エントリーに無意味に学歴を誇示するタイトルがついていると不快だ。
I've read the above entry. It says that the person who cannot make achievements is not needed by companies. I can't agree with this opinion. I think that the most important part is his personality,not a technical skill.This opnion might not fit in the current society. And I wouldn't fit in forein venture companies.
