休日出勤

昨日は急な仕事が入って出張の準備が出来なかったので休日出勤して準備中。先方からのメールがあった。「2/16はUSの祝日なので大学が閉まってるよ」とのこと。な、なんだって〜！調べてみると確かに大統領の日という祝日だった。

I'm preparing for the trip even though it is holiday today. I found a mail from the Lab. It says,"February 16 is a holiday so the University is closed". I haven't known about that..
