某教室

• 肩が上に上がりがち。
• ピケターン、首が出ていることに気をつけて
• ピルエット、パッセがあぐらになっている。パッセの時に骨盤が動いているのが原因。5番の骨盤を動かさずに足をパッセに持っていくこと。
• ピルエットのプレパレーションのプリエの手がセゴンドに見えない。もう少し横に広げること。

久々の某教室。一ヶ月ぶりか。レッスン後、常連さんから来週休みだから間違えて来ないようにねと連絡が来た。わざわざ親切に連絡していただきありがたいことである。

It has been for a month since I took the lesson in the school. After the lesson, I got a call from one of the lesson members. She said the next week's lesson will be closed. I was glad that she bothered to let me know it.
