打ち合わせ

某部門でも人事異動になったらしいが、あの駄目な部門で一番まともに対応していた人が別組織に異動になってしまった。何故なのかはわからないが、本人が見切りをつけた可能性が高いな。引継ぎ予定の担当の方と打ち合わせをしたが、残念ながら会社によくいる、技術にはノータッチの手配師タイプに見える…。なぜこういうタイプが量産されているのか？そしてこの状況をどう打開するか？
