某スタジオ

• ザンレール背中使えてない。だからお尻が出る。
• アントルラセも背中使うこと
• グリッサード、着地を意識すること
• アッサンブレ、ジュッテも同様に、着地を意識。下に、下にで意識

朝から表参道に向かい某スタジオにてレッスン受けた。時間割確認せずに行ったらプロ向けクラスしか無く、仕方なくプロ向けクラス受けたら、新国立劇場の元プリンシパルの方の他、プロっぽい方々が沢山いて恐縮だった。けれども一般人の方も半数近くいたし、内容はちょっと動きが複雑ないつものレッスンということでそんなに違和感無かったな。
先生は比較的お年を召した方だったが、タンジュの足が凄かった。あと英語の発音が綺麗で世界を感じた。またグローバルな生活に戻りたいものである。今の会社でもそれが実現できる可能性はあるはず。少しずつ足場を固めていこう。

I went to a dance studio in Omote-sando. I went to the studio without checking the schedule and only professional class was held at that time. Fortunately, non-proffesional members can also take the lesson and I decided to take it. At the lesson half otf the members were professional but I'm glad that I could follow the lesson without any problems.
