給料日で早く帰れたので某スタジオへ。これ書いてるのは電車の中。
プリエはお尻でないこと。フォンデュのプリエも油断しない。
シソンヌの着地は男性はプリエのままで良い。
ピルエットの手気をつけること。軸足開くことを意識。
無理して２回転回ってる。一度力抜いて丁寧に一回転して感覚掴め。
ピルエットの膝離れてる。
エカルテのアンオーは腋の下からのばしていく感じで。
グリッサードグランジュッテの手がばらばらになりがちなので気をつけろ。

Today is a payday. So I could leave the company earlier. It is cold,rainy and windy but there are many people in the studio.
At the way to home, the subway was too crowded so I couldn't ride on and had to wait for the next one.
