職場を去る人たち

うちの日本の組織、4/1付けで依願退職する人たちが結構多い…。うちの組織の出来る年上の方が２人退職されたらしい。一人は研究で実績を上げ、大学でも教鞭を取っておられる方、もう一人は技術がありかつネイティブ並に英語が堪能な方。問題のある組織はこういう出来る人たちから先にいなくなってしまう…。

I checked the list of people who left the organization.. I'm surprised that there are a lot of people who left company. Some of them I know are very skillful people. This should be the process of declining an organization which has a problem.
