賃貸契約更新

今年度のアパートの賃貸契約を更新した。私が住んでいるのはワンルームなのだが、今月から年ごとから月ごとの契約に変わるため一月$1800から$2200に値上がりしてしまった。なんという高価格。

I update the contract of my apartment. From next week, my monthly rent will rise to $2,200. The rent cost too much around here.
