ブルーカラー
レッスン後の常連さん達との会話で、日本の技術職はホワイトカラーではなくブルーカラーだよという話が出てきた。日本の技術者はホワイトカラーである搾取され、そして賃金が安いという話だ。興味深い。しかしこの技術者蔑視の傾向はこのまま続いていくのだろうか？ ブルーカラー層の私は将来どういう道を進むべきだろう？
At the talk with members after the lesson, there was an opinion which says that Japanese engineers are not white-color but blue-color. Becaue most of Japanese engineers are exploited by their managers and their fees are low. How long does this situation goes on ? And what should I do in the future as a blue-colored engineer?
