禁コーヒー

2日前1杯、昨夜はカップ1/4に減らしてようやく今日から本格的に禁コーヒーを開始。無事に頭痛が起きずに止められている。すばらしい。

From today, I completed to stop coffee. This time, I gradually reduced the amount of coffee. I drank a cup of coffee 2 days ago and 1/4 of a cup yesterday. Maybe this way is working pretty well.
